I will admit that I have a hard time not being consumed by the task of shedding pounds. However, we cannot make our entire lives revolve around the way we look. There is just so much more to living than constantly obsessing about our weight. “Everything In Between” is a section dedicated to learning new skills, talking about our hobbies, watching great movies, listening to music, going on fabulous adventures, discussing important world events, sharing relationship advice, and making sure we are doing all that we can to create wonderful memories.

It is extremely important to not obsess about your weight all day every day. Prioritizing our health and fitness is going to be the key to our success, but don’t forget to live your life! It is so easy to feel self-conscious and want to hide yourself from the world. But if you do that you run the risk of missing out on some really great experiences. You deserve to live your best life regardless of the number on the scale.
